Corporate responsibility
Pavapark is characterized by a business activity based on the stability and continuity over time of its business model. It is aware of the great importance and impact of complying with its obligations on the welfare state, so caution in the analysis of risk diversification, together with innovation in services and job stability, are its main signs of identity. In addition, Pavapark subscribes to the ethical code that governs all Group companies.
Responsibility towards people
The company assumes as its own responsibility to encourage the motivation and commitment of its team, seeking their professional development and personal wellbeing.
The equality plan for diversity, its annual training plan, low accident rates, hiring services to special employment centers…, are among other actions promoted by the HR area. as a sign of the company’s commitment.
Pavapark Movilidad, S.L., has received the following grant from the public entity LABORA, the Valencian Employment and Training Service (Generalitat Valenciana):
– Amount received: €12,500
– ECOVUL/2025/603/46. Grants to promote the permanent employment of unemployed individuals belonging to certain priority employment groups within the Valencian Community.
– Subsidized activity, investment, or action: Subsidies intended to promote the permanent employment of unemployed persons belonging to certain priority groups.
Responsibility with society
The Pavasal Group promotes the exchange of knowledge between the business world and other groups such as Universities and Associations. The group is a member of the ADEIT Board of Trustees (UVEG), promotes the Pavasal Classroom of “Engineering and Society” (UPV) and the Chair of Management of Organizations and Leadership (UCV).
Environmental responsibility
In addition to being ISO 14001 certified, Pavapark promotes energy efficiency in its facilities (both in their design and lighting technology), incorporates electric vehicle charging points in its parking lots and encourages selective waste collection.
