{"id":117414,"date":"2022-06-08T11:32:46","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T09:32:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.pavapark.com\/pavapark-installs-two-educational-radars-and-two-smart-pedestrian-crossings-in-cullera\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T14:17:41","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T12:17:41","slug":"pavapark-installs-two-educational-radars-and-two-smart-pedestrian-crossings-in-cullera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pre.pavapark.com\/en\/pavapark-installs-two-educational-radars-and-two-smart-pedestrian-crossings-in-cullera\/","title":{"rendered":"Pavapark installs two educational radars and two smart pedestrian crossings in Cullera."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The company Pavapark, a specialist in mobility management and the integration and development of smart city solutions, part of the Pavasal group, has completed the installation of two educational radars and two smart pedestrian crossings in Cullera, thus strengthening the City Council&#8217;s commitment to transforming the municipality into a Smart City.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Cullera belongs to the National Network of Smart Tourist Destinations and plans to invest the aid received from the Next Generation Funds in the coming months in the digital, green, and sustainable transition, and in improving energy efficiency and competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The two educational radars installed by PAVAPARK are located on the Bega Bridge and on Corbera Street before the intersection with Fortaleny Street. These are two key locations connecting Cullera with the A-38.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">These radars display the approaching speed of vehicles on a screen. This helps to raise drivers&#8217; awareness of their speed limits. Furthermore, radar screens offer the option of adding messages and icons.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube eplus-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"PAVAPARK Radares Inteligentes\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BAYCqXFIDbQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, regarding smart pedestrian crossings, one is located on one of Cullera&#8217;s main streets, Avenida del Rac\u00f3, at the intersection with Calle \u00c1guila. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The pedestrian crossing in question is made up of fourteen 50 x 50 cm horizontal illuminated signaling plates located at the ends of each white band of the pedestrian crossing, six RLP illuminated pilots located at the ends of each black zone of the pedestrian crossing and two vertical illuminated signals. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">This light signal is activated when the vertical signal detection sensors indicate that a pedestrian is about to cross the crossing. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The 50 x 50 cm illuminated signs emit white light and are activated only during nighttime. The RLP illuminated signs emit red light and are activated only during daytime.
